Application Process

Kindergarten: The required age for entry is five years of age on or before November 1st of the school year.

First Grade: The required age for entry is six years of age on or before November 1st of the school year. 

Step 1: Complete New Student Registration  - https://secure.gradelink.com/2281/enrollment

Step 2: Pay $50.00 registration fee.

Step 3: Submit all required documents and forms. All documents can be uploaded upon completition of the New Student Registration Form, or submitted via email (registrar@pcasfl.org), or bringing to the Main Office. Please note, in order to expedite your registration process, submit all documents at once. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
Required Documents:

• Florida Immunization Record
• Florida Physical Form
• Birth Certificate (copy)
• Social Security Card (copy)
• Cumulative School Records (current transcript, grade reports, test scores, and any disciplinary actions will need to be reviewed during application process)

Applications and documents will be reviewed and decision will be sent via email to address provided.

Pre-Kindergarten: The required age for entry into Pre-K 3 is three years and Pre-K4 is four years of age on or before November 1st of the school year.

• Child MUST be potty trained
• Child MUST independently use the restroom

*Please note Pre-K tuition is not egilible for Schlorship Program nor discounted
